Terms of service

Last updated 19 July 2026

These terms cover the service Tablefront, operated by YKA Enterprises, provides to you. Plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you sign up rather than after.

What we provide

We design, build, host and look after a website for your business, on the plan you choose. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page and forms part of these terms.

The free preview

We may build a preview website for your business before you pay anything, using publicly available information. It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. The preview remains ours until you take up a plan, and we may change or remove it at any time. Sample content in a preview, such as placeholder photos or menu items, is for layout only and is replaced with your own material before your site goes live.

Fees and billing

  • Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown on the pricing page.
  • A one-time setup fee is charged when you start, and the monthly fee is charged in advance each month from that date.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again after the current month.
  • Setup fees cover work already performed and are not refundable once your site has been built. If we have not started, tell us and we will refund it.
  • If a payment fails we will let you know. If it stays unpaid, your site is paused and visitors see a holding page until it is resolved.

Cancelling

Cancel from your dashboard or by emailing us. Your site stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, then comes down. Your domain name is registered to you and goes with you. Your content is yours and we will provide a copy on request. The website platform, templates and code stay ours.

Who owns what

You own your domain, your business content and any material you supply, and you give us permission to use it to build and run your site. You confirm you have the rights to anything you send us, including photos. We own the platform, the templates and the underlying code, and we may show your finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your part

Give us accurate information, keep your prices and hours current or tell us when they change, and do not use the service for anything unlawful. Bookings, ordering and payment tools run by other companies are connected at your request and governed by their own terms, not ours.

What we can and cannot promise

We build your site to be found and to work properly, and we aim to keep it available at all times. We cannot promise particular search rankings, particular visitor numbers or particular business results, because those depend on factors outside our control, including Google. Anyone who guarantees you page one is guessing.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email current clients about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
